Ever notice how sunflowers constantly face the sun as it
makes its way across the sky?
The same holds true, I think, of powerful
organizational visions. When a vision has that powerful magnetism that compels
attention (like the sun compels the attention of the sunflower), members of the
organization are drawn to its allure, all day, every day. They find themselves focusing on it without
really having to think about it.
Does
the vision for/of your organization, either stated or implied, have that kind of
magnetic power for your membership?
