Integrity&Fidelity

Integrity is the alignment of our actions with our words.  It is the enactment of our espoused beliefs, values, and tenets.

Fidelity is the degree to which we exhibit that integrity.  It is the amount of consistency we achieve in the exhibition of those values and beliefs.

Integrity springs from a deep self-knowledge, a clear understanding of what we value and how we believe we should act accordingly.

Fidelity derives from a deep and personal commitment to manifest those values/beliefs to the utmost.  

Another way to think of these constructs is the Knowing (i.e., integrity) and the Doing (i.e., fidelity).  

From those, our reputation is built.
