The culture of an organization (whether family or house of faith or community or workplace) serves as a shaper of behavior and thinking. Much like the vagus nerve in our bodies, organizational culture serves as the driving "modulator" and "regulator" of thinking and behavior.
In any organization, the culture is both shaped by the behavior/thinking of the membership AS it shapes the behavior/thinking of the membership. It's like an information super highway.
Organizational culture, just like the vagus nerve in our body, functions best when we attend carefully to our health.
